" I am a 45 year sole parent of 4 children,  my daughter expressed an interest in karate and I thought it might be good for her confidence as well as self-defence. My daughter has stuck to karate and is now a brown belt as and I have enrolled another son as well. Over time I was so impressed with Tina that I made that step and am now training myself. I love every moment of it and am now a green belt and am now sparring (controlled fighting) something I never believed I could possibly do and now I won't ret until I get my black belt.
